My client is looking to recruit a professional and proactive HR Business Partner to be based at their office in Guildford.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and be able to add value to a dynamic and challenging client group.
Working closely with the business you will be providing credible solutions to line managers and employees on a range of issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working with line managers to promote a high performance culture
Encourage networking with other HR professionals to encourage and share ”best practice”.
Drive organisational and cultural change through driving the implementation of central change initiatives as well as supporting any organisational change.
Support the roll out of Company wide Compensation and Benefits and Competence Development activities
To support the business by actioning HR projects and adhoc HR activities within agreed timescales.
To provide support and advice to line management on HR related issues ensuring all Company policies, practices and processes are followed
Ensure raised issues are followed through in a consistent and fair way following correct Disciplinary and Grievance processes.
Work with the recruitment team to ensure vacancies are filled and candidates given a timely and efficient service.
