My client is looking to recruit a professional and proactive HR Business Partner to be based at their office in Guildford for a 12 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high profile client working closely with the business to provide credible solutions to line managers and employees on a range of issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Encourage networking with other HR professionals to encourage and share ”best practice”.
•Working with line managers to resolve employee relations issues
•Drive organisational and cultural change through driving the implementation of central change initiatives as well as supporting any organisational change.
•Support the roll out of Company wide Compensation and Benefits and Competence Development activities
•To support the business with ad hoc HR projects
•Implement new initiatives in line with business requirements around succession planning, talent management and performance management
•To provide support and advice to line management on HR related issues ensuring all Company policies, practices and processes are followed
•Work with the recruitment team to ensure vacancies are filled and candidates given a timely and efficient service.
