My client has a superb opportunity to join a forward thinking and driven orginisation as a Business Partner to support and work in partnership with the senior management team.
As the Business Partner you will work to enhance performance and efficiency towards achievement of my clients Strategic Plans. In order to achieve this you will have a clear business focus and an understanding of operational and strategic issues and challenges with a view to influencing and providing managers with effective advice.
Main responsibilities.
As a key member of the team you will be tasked in delivering a valued HR service to customers and deliver improved business performance and increased efficiency.
You will establish performance targets and regularly review personal performance levels of effectiveness in your customer areas.
Provide coaching and support to junior team advisors on HR issues and take a lead on final stage Dismissals and Tribunals.
Develop new HR-related policies and procedures to meet on going business needs.
You will be CIPD qualified and have excellent written and communication skills.
