A large utilities provider and a market leader is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to work in there corporate area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that works with the most forward thinking area of the business. As HR Business Partner you will have a commercial approach and focus on business strategy, you will also provide generalist HR support to the client group. Key activities would include: Develop an understanding of the business, operations and strategic objectives Implement commercially focused solutions to people issues Consult the business through periods of on going change The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
