My client is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their existing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a credible and professional generalist who wants to work as a true business partner to support the business in a newly created team. You will be accountable for managing all the HR activities for the client group, implementing necessary changes to meet business objectives and strategies. Key responsibilities will include: * Developing relationships with leadership teams and senior managers to understand their business objectives and ensure HR plans and policies are delivered to support their current goals and future business requirements * Developing integrated solutions on a range of activities to ensure policies and programmes support the improvement of manager effectiveness and employee engagement including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, talent management, reward and recognition * define strategies to develop the employees according to individual business and individuals needs * Partner with business leaders to implement the development, talent management and succession planning of employees * Provide change management support * Provide training, coaching and guidance to leadership team and line managers on absence, disciplinary and grievance management and performance management.
