My client is looking to recruit a professional HR Business partner to work closely with the business, building relationships and providing credible, efficient and effective people solutions. key accountabilities will include: * Leading and facilitating growth, change and integration programmes to support delivery of the business and HR strategies. * Partnering with the business heads to develop organisational structures to drive revenue and growth * Leading change initiatives to include: restructuring, re-positioning and skills development * Ensure that the business unit recruits the best talent possible * Driving timely and cost efficient recruitment of all levels of staff * Build and improve the capability of line managers to recruit effectively and act as ambassadors of the company * Ensure that performance reviews are carried out and results are collected and actioned * Drive initiatives to improve retention, motivation and engagement * Deal with ER issues refering to in-house legal advice where necessary * Provide detailed monthly reports for the Group HR Director * Develop a communications and training strategy and plan for the business unit * Coach, mentor and develop direct reports You will have good HR experience and be credible with strong influencing skills. You will be be assertive, be able to challenge line managers and have a genuine enthusiasm for helping the business and employees achieve their full potential.
