This Global Business has an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their UK Head Office. Working with corporate business groups as HR Business Partner you will support the Heads of Departments and your European counterparts in a series of strategic change and re-design projects whilst the business adapts for further growth plans. You will take an active lead in developing, designing, delivering and implementing global systems, policies, procedures and processes. Using your ability to influence and lead senior management, as HR Business Partner you will also provide timely accounts, reports and monitoring of your respective client groups head count and changes. CIPD and degree qualified, you will ideally have worked with outsourced providers. This is a truly unique opportunity for you to join a well established and highly attractive brand.
