As the HR Manager you will effectively communicate the business strategies across the company which will include developing and maintaining positive relationships with the management teams, employees and partners. This position will see a good mix of generalist HR activities including recruitment and talent management, looking at processes and procedures and the induction processes of new employees to the business. As a key role the HR Manager will be developing and maintaining effective HR policies in line with current and future legislation, dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters, staff training and development. Due to some internal changes there will also be the need to cover basic TUPE related matters. The successful candidate: Ideally CIPD Qualified Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice Experience working with trade unions an advantage Excellent communication skills.
