Job Title: HR Manager
Location: South East
Salary: c£50,000 – c£55,000 + Car Allowance

The Background
A leading technical consultancy organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Manager to provide a generalist first class service across the organisation. Managing a team of 8 you will be providing a hands-on and strategic service to the business ensuring the HR agenda is implemented to drive business solutions.
The Role
Reporting into the MD you will have the ability to build strong relationships and influence a number of stakeholders. Key accountabilities include:
Advising and guiding managers on company HR policies, procedures and practices ensuring consistent application across the organisation
Oversee employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and redundancy
Manage high risk and escalated ER cases to mitigate company risks and identify appropriate solutions
Promote the company’s performance review, (PDR) process, coaching managers where appropriate
Oversee and co-ordinate the quarterly and annual pay review processes within the unit
Manage all aspects of TUPE transfers
Providing HR information for bids as required
The Person
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, have broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of generalist HR and have excellent knowledge of current UK and ideally European Employment legislation, including TUPE and the due diligence process, this will ideally be gained within a global organisation. Attention to detail, results orientated and commercially aware, together with excellent communication and influencing skills to ensure success in the role.
