Job Description

A HR Business Partner is required to start in a permanent role for one of the UK largest players in the communications industry. Based out of Acton, you will be supporting the Retail & Distribution functions of the business with a client group in excess of 7000 individuals. The post requires a candidate that is able to have a strategic impact on the business, as well as provide operational support with the assistant of 2 HR Advisors who will be direct reports.

You will have a solid HR generalist with skills in recruitment, training, performance management, induction etc is needed. A special focus on ER is required hence prior experience of handling disciplinary & grievance cases would be ideal. In addition you will also be required coach up to director level. Ad hoc projects with an aim to increase performance for your business group would also fall in your remit. Candidates with a retail or client face sector is ideal but not essential.
