HR Business Partner
Our client is one of the world's leading music companies, owning one of the largest catalogues of songs in the world as well as representing many of today's finest recording artists including: Coldplay, Robbie Williams, Kylie, Lilly Allen, The Kooks, KT Tunstall, Katy Perry and The Beatles.
This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced HR professional to join this progressive company during its well publicised transformation, which will see the HR team playing a pivotal role in driving forward many new and challenging initiatives throughout the business, to support them in becoming the world's most artist focused and consumer friendly music company.
As a key member of the Functional and Regional HR team your focus will be to act as a Business Partner, supporting the business in achieving its objectives, driving forward strategic HR initiatives and offering 'best in class' operational support for local geography.
With a strong Business Partnering background, you will be able to offer HR advice to Global Functional Heads and local Department Managers, whilst driving forward an HR agenda that supports the achievement of business objectives.
The successful applicant will have previous experience operating as an HR Business Partner to a global function(s), be commercially astute and be able to demonstrate experience of working across multiple countries and cultures. Excellent project management skills, a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to build credibility quickly within the business and maintain a positive, can-do attitude is essential to the success of this role.
