Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR within Initial Facilities Services, the leading cleaning and facilities management organisation in the UK, reporting to the Divisional HR Director. The successful candidate will operate in a varied and business focussed Generalist HR position. They will inspire, lead and motivate a team of 9 HR Managers who work within 9 autonomous businesses supporting their own client groups. The Head of HR will also work on a range of proactive HR projects as part of the Senior HR team and deputise for the HR Director. They will take a lead in the ongoing change within the organisation and the drive to be an employer of choice.
A commercially focused and pragmatic HR Professional, you will make credible decisions based on the bigger picture
A positive and engaging individual, you will enthuse those around you with your passion and you will be a real change agent
Of Graduate calibre, you will be CIPD qualified with a strong understanding of UK Employment legislation and an interest in Employee Relations. Previous exposure to Trade Unions would be beneficial.
You will have a proven track record from within a rapidly changing and commercial service driven organisation with multiple sites across the UK
You will be flexible to travel across the UK and including monthly travel to the Midlands Head Office

Circa £60,000 per annum & up to 50% Bonus & Car & Benefits package
