HR BUSINESS PARTNER, WEST MIDLANDS, £43,000 to £53,000 One of the West Midlands top NHS trusts is currently recruiting for two Business Partners to join its business to offer consultancy within two of its business units. As business partner you will develop and work towards the Trusts business goals, ensuring strong employee relations, and that visions and values are met through focus on policies and procedures, offering a first class hr consultancy support. Key Responsibilities: To deputise for the Head of HR Consultancy including JNCC, JLNC and staff side negotiations and consultations as and when appropriate. To provide advice as the acknowledged HR expert lead in their Board to the Director of Operations and Deputy Operations (or equivalent) on all human resource issues and as a member of the Board to contribute to the overall achievement of objectives and business planning (medium to long term) Each HR Business Partner will be assigned to a customer area and will be a member of the specific Board (Medicine, Surgery, Corporate and Facilities) Each HR Business Partner will take the lead role on specific Trust wide HR projects and policies as appropriate. It is essential that you have experience of providing professional human resources and organisational development advice within a public or private sector, are CIPD qualified or equivalent with evidence of continuing professional development, and have a strong record of achievements within a senior hr position. It is also vital that you have experience of line management and that you have worked within a unionised environment.
