My client is a major international law firm looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Manager to join it's established yet growing HR Team. You will work as a Business Partner and act as a key driver of change within the business. You will be responsible for implementing key people related strategies and initiatives. Deliver performance management and change management and influence at a senior level. You will be a highly motivated individual with a can do' attitude. Working in a business partner capacity you will work closely with the senior management team, be commercially aware with exposure to working at both an operational and strategic level. Ideal candidate will be CIPD or Degree qualified and be a proven HR Generalist with exposure to working in a demanding environment.
