Our client is seeking a HR generalist who will provide comprehensive support to business line managers by partnering them in the design and delivery of the organisations People Strategy.
Supporting both strategic and tactical people initiatives, in line with the companies policies and procedures, you will ensure best practice is followed and that business risks are mitigated. You will have the opportunity to evaluate processes and policies, make proposals for improvement and implement change.
You should have experience of succession planning, performance management systems, salary and benefits planning as well as employee opinion survey design, analysis and management of results. Additionally you will be experienced at working with a managed recruitment service provider.
