Job Description

An experienced Interim HR Business Partner is required for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave within the department. The following skills and experience are essential for the role: * Translating business strategies into HR objectives and strategy * Coaching skills * Project Management experience * Caseload management If you have worked in a Business Partner capacity before, this would also be of advantage for the role, however this is not essential. Ideally you will also be CIPD qualified or the equivalent.
