My client is looking to bring on board an experienced HR Business Partner to work as part of the senior team management team in the organisation. This is quite a generalist role and they are looking for someone who has had experience in the following areas: Performance Management Absence Management Succession and Workforce Planning Recruitment Career Development Business Planning A successful candidates should be CIPD qualified or the equivalent and should have had experience working at the front line of HR. You will need to be of a confident nature and have the ability to work stand-alone. Someone who is performance focused and has the drive to improve other will fit well into the team.
