My client is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to form an integral part of their Human Resources team covering the North of England. Working closely with the senior management team you will work from home providing support to staff and managers across the business. A generalist role you will provide operational support whilst maintaining business and commercial awareness in a cost driven environment. Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified as a minimum having gained previous experience within a multi site role. You will be commercially aware and have the ability to influence at a senior level. With a broad experience of HR issues within a professional services environment you will understand the importance of change within a large organisation and have the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. My client, a leader in their field are looking for an HR Business Partner to cover the Northern Region. Constantly expanding the business my client are keen to provide exceptional service to their clients and are looking for a like minded individual to join their team. A field based role you will spend the majority of your time traveling throughout the North of England so a full clean license is essential.
