Are you wanting to take the next step in your career into a growing European business? My client is a leading player in the construction industry. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a Business Partner to join their HR team. Based at the Head Office in York, you will be responsible for the Human Resources needs for circa 1,000 staff. Duties will include assisting the HR Managers in Recruitment, Advising and Supporting managers on Employee Relations and Organisational Structure, project work, writing and maintaining Policies & Procedures and facilitating in Company Training & Development. To be successful in this role, you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified, preferably with construction or industrial experience. Salary - £28,000-£32,000 + pension + healthcare.
