One of HR Staff Search's private out sourcing companys in Rotherham have a 6 month oppertunity for a HR Business Partner. The role has come about due to a maternity cover. The main responsibilities are: Give Advice and Guidence on disciplineries and greviences Deal with absense management. Employee Relations and fit for purpose HR policy TUPE/Restructure and Redundancy Workforce Development Essential skills that you will posses TUPE experience Absense management Be able to make quick relationships with employees and clients work in a fast moving environment due to the fast nature of the orgaisation. This role is an immediate start for yourself if you feel asthough you fill the criteria. The rate is between £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata.
