This is a crucial hire! We are looking for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager to be based in Moscow, Russia, working for a leading professional services firm. The ideal candidate will be someone who can bring drive and strategic direction for the short term which will have a long term positive impact on the success of the 2009 graduate and undergraduate recruitment programme. You will also be a fluent Russian speaker. Our client, a leading professional services organisation have a very strong global presence in accounting and management consulting, they are an employer of choice and attract a large amount of top quality graduates every year. The graduate recruitment function of this leading professional services organisation is integral to the achievement of their business objectives and they rely on the attraction and retention of high calibre graduates.
You will lead a team of people across Russia to help them achieve their recruitment targets across both graduate and undergraduate schemes. You will also be responsible for managing the partner and hiring manager relationships and will serve as a consultant to the business, advising on recruitment methods. Strategic involvement will include ensuring that the profile and visibility is high on campus, devising creative and innovative recruitment strategies for targeted audiences and assisting with the development of the 2009 recruitment plan.
It is essential that you have a proven track record of managing the delivery of a graduate recruitment service either within a Professional Services or large corporate environment and will have fluency in Russian. Drive, enthusiasm, self-confidence along with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills essential to establish credibility within the business.
