Working for a reputable brand within the West Midlands, we are looking to recruit a highly experience HR Project Manager. The specific objective for the role is to pro-actively manage all HR related projects and ensure that these are both appropriate for the business and understood and adhered to throughout the business in a challenging change environment. The delivery of the role will require a close liaison with senior HR Managers but also an independent mind. Key Tasks will include * Create and maintain HR programme office to include both day-to day workloads and change projects * Manage the liaison and input of key stakeholders including HR colleagues and other business colleagues as appropriate * Assist internal communications in managing the effective communications of all HR projects (including content, timing and training needs) * Pro-actively ensure that project deadlines are adhered to * Track project progress and escalate issues * Review and measure the effectiveness of current projects and suggest improvements as necessary * Manage supporting documentation and input into associated processes and procedures * Input into appropriate Board commentaries etc * Support and mentor HR colleagues to ensure a comprehensive consistent understanding of projects.
