An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Comp and Bens Manager to join a successful organisation who is currently a leader in its field. This role will encompass the whole range of comp and bens issues across the business and will be focused on developing and maintaining a benefits programme that attracts and retains high calibre candidates. The ideal candidate for this role will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of comp and bens, both in the UK and internationally. You will also have an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards your work and be either CIPD or degree qualified. Key responsibilities Design and manage the implementation of annual salary reviews. Design and implement compensation plan templates. Sign off bonuses to confirm compensation plan is in place. Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure base salaries and bonus levels are driving the right behaviours. Put in place a grading structure to drive superior performance and maximise retention. Support UK pension scheme.
