A European wide logistics company that provides supply chain solutions to blue chip organisations across many different sectors is currently seeking a Group HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast moving area of their business where you will gain excellent exposure to a full generalist HR remit. This is a progressive role where your development is of most importance; you gain exposure to both operational and strategic initiatives to maximise your HR experience. As HR Advisor you will provide generalist HR support to the client group. You will take a business focused HR approach. Your key activities would include: Attending fact finding, disciplinary, work performance and grievance hearings Assist in the design and delivery of management workshops Provide guidance to business managers with regard to policies and procedures The successful candidate will be either a recent CIPD graduate or part qualified and studying. You will have had exposure to HR and looking to take the next step in your HR career.
