Working for a leading client in the area, this is a great opportunity for someone to really develop their career. As Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, professional & efficient generalist HR & L&D support service to specific client department.
This is a generalist role and you will be involved with all the areas of HR including design, development, delivery and evaluation of operational learning solutions, recruitment & retention, performance management, disciplinary & grievance, employee communications, employee relations/ legal, remuneration & benefits and employee satisfaction
Key Responsibilities include:
•Provide expert advice, guidance and support to client groups in their overall approach to the management of their people ensuring alignment to business strategies and corporate plans
•Identify analyse and understand client needs and demands and develop integrated business solutions that are understood and agreed
•Proactively contract with client groups and HR&OD to provide efficient and progressive frameworks for all HR deliverables
•Drive optimal delivery of all core HR processes and bespoke interventions, for clients, as identified in the respective business plan
•Provide proactive HR&OD support for business change within client groups, in particular ensuring that the people impacts are handled effectively
•Provide proactive HR&OD support and advice to client groups in the management of manpower/establishment planning
•To provide pragmatic evaluation and analysis of potential risks involving people issues and the effective mitigation of those risks
•Effective influence of key stakeholders within Divisions, Departments and
•teams for respective clients
•Develop and implement client specific people strategies, initiatives and/or
•interventions to ensure - effective attraction, development and retention of key talent and robust and differentiated evaluation and management of performance
