Our client is an exciting brand based in Luton, they are seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their team to cover maternity for 12mths. The role will report into the HR Business Partner and will take responsibility for strategy development, Employee Relations, Resourcing, development of policies and procedures, leadership development and some support on change management.
Working as part of a larger HR team this is a generalist role with elements of strategic management, you will be responsible for championing best practice and increasing HR's profile in a high performance environment.
This is an exciting role with plenty of operational HR as well as some specific project work to get involved with, we are looking for candidates who are able to start a role in October for 12mths. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have worked in a commercial environment previously.
