They are seeking a HR Business Partner to support the line managers within the selected customer group in all areas of HR, including recruitment, succession planning, employee relations and management development. You will act as a true commercial and pragmatic partner and demonstrate true, proactive value to your customers.
You will be a commercially minded, proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of unionised environments with a background in a truly customer focussed organisation. With the ability to operate as a broad generalist across the client group and an awareness of how to deal with a unionised, multi-site, specialist Engineering function would be a great advantage.
