Due to continued growth, my client, a world leader in its field, are looking for an Associate Director for their HR division, which oversees the EMEA region.
This is a challenging role in a company that thrives on innovation, change and growth. The candidate required will have gained good operational HR experience and probably will have experience working in a HR Business Partner position in a large company. A strategical focus, a willingness to drive new projects and be a role model and leader of a team of 6 are prerequisites for this role.
This is a varied generalist role with a strategic focus in a forward thinking visible HR team. You will relish a challenge and have had change management experience.
