An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer to join an already existing HR function within a SME in Buckinghamshire on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a great opportunity for a developing HR professional to further their core skills and exposure to the HR market. The role will be a generalist position and playing a large part in managing employee relation cases. You will be providing back office support and administration. Although the main focus of this role will be to support office managers on HR issues, there will be the opportunity to get involved in a wider range of employee relations cases.

My client is looking for somebody with experience in HR and is looking to further their career at the officer position.
