My client has an immediate requirement for a proven HR advisor to join their busy HR department on a 9-12 month interim contract. The role will be focused on Employee Relations issues including disciplinary, grievances and long term sickness The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist and must demonstrate the following skills and experiences: - Previous Private sector experience in a HR Advisor role - Employee Relations and fit for purpose HR policy, - TUPE/Restructure and Redundancy, - Knowledge of Employment law, - CIPD qualified, - Recruitment, - Project experience. - Compensation and benefits, In return my client is offering a competitive rate of up to £14- £17 per hour and free car parking on site.
