My NHS client based in reading is looking for an Interim HR Manager for an immediate start.
You must have Job Evaluation training with Agenda for Change experience within the NHS. You should also have experience of using ESR (Electronic Staff Records) to produce reports as well as a proven track record as an HR Generalist with excellent Employee Relations experience.
You will be reporting to the Assistant Director of HR and will have an HR Advisor working alongside you to support a small group of staff.
Please not that NHS Agenda for Change Job Evaluation and ESR are essential for the role.
