Interim HR Officer 6 months Our client, the global leader of web filtering and a premier provider of web and desktop security software is currently looking for an HR Officer to cover a Maternity period. The company was founded in 1994 and is now recognised as one of Forbes Magazine's 2004 "Top 25 Technology Companies". They currently have 42 million seats under subscription worldwide across all industries, in small organisations and large multinational corporations. Their products increase employee internet productivity and secure organisations from emerging internet threats by providing a proactive critical security component that complements traditional security solutions. Your role as HR Officer will include: Being first point of contact for the day to day HR operational needs Provide HR advice to managers and employees in the areas of Employee Relations Provide concise, clear advice to internal customers and manage situations Provide support on all Employee Relations matters including the proactive management of the investigation of disciplinary, grievance and capability issues Support the new hire process, including attendance of new hire induction and conducting HR Inductions Support the leavers process, including conducting exit interviews where appropriate Support relocation of employees including advising employees on the process Coordinating the flexible working requests process Coordinating and monitoring of all leave Support EMEA Recruitment Lead with local permanent and temporary recruitment needs where necessary, mainly interviewing Liaise with HR team for administration Oversee UK Payroll and Benefits Update policies to reflect statutory change, best practice and business needs Health & Safety Ensuring there are trained risk assessors, and that risk assessments are taking place HR Reporting completing exit interview analysis, turnover and absence rates Ad hoc projects If you are interested in this opportunity on an interim basis, and are available for a mid-November start, please email your CV to (email address removed) .
