Here is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a proven background in motivating and leading within an HR Shared Service/Support Centre, to join this leading UK-wide not-for-profit organization.
Managing a team of 30, this is a pivotal role that will take the lead in the establishment, delivery and development of a new HR Shared Service/Support Centre, set quality of service standards and deliver exceptional customer service, tangible results and added value to the business.
In addition to a proven generalist HR background and extensive management experience in a large complex organization, the successful applicant will also utilise their extensive experience of working within a similar service centre environment to advise on the establishment, management and development of the HR Service Centre.
