My client, a leading international company is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for a minimum of 6 months with the potential for the role to be made permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist looking to expand their experience into an operational and strategic environment. Reporting to and working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be involved in delivering the operational HR strategy and initiatives. In addition, you will be involved in all aspects of an HR generalist role including employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, health referrals, restructures and relocations), facilitate level and pay review process and provide advice, interpretation and coaching on how to implement HR Policies and Processes. You will also be involved in administering recruitment, selection, retention and redeployment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, be comfortable liaising with people of all levels and be CIPD qualified or equivalent. There is extensive nationwide travel by road, air and sea with this role so you must be comfortable with being away from home as necessary.
