An exciting new role has become available to join the HR team in one of the countries leading specialist retailers. This is a Generalist role split 70% ER and the rest Recruitment, Training and empowering Branch Managers. This regional role will allow you to build your HR career in a company that has the scope for this and treats HR seriously. Based in Bristol and covering the Derby, Nottingham, South Wales & Cornwall area, you would be working alongside 2 HR Officers and reporting to the Retail HR Manager. You would be dealing directly with area managers and would act as the "HR conscience" for your area, providing coaching and advise on HR issues. You will be confident and flexible with extensive previous regional exp within a retail company.
