Job Description

An HR Advisor is required for a true market leader; supporting, transforming and managing their clients' services to meet the expectations of their customers now and in the future. Due to on-going success and expansion we require an HR Advisor with good generalist experience for a regional role to cover their site in Milton Keynes. The role will also require regular trips to their other site based in Stirling, Scotland. As the HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive and pragmatic operational HR support to managers within a specific business unit, covering a wide array of topics including change management and projects. Skills Required - Previous generalist HR experience preferably gained within commercial environment - Ideally become CIPD qualified or equivalent with relevant experience. - Had regular experience of complex HR issues including redundancies, dismissals, TUPE transfers and change management. -Experience of being an integral member of a large scale HR project. Remuneration Our client is offering an excellent remuneration package, including a negotiable salary up to £32000, depending on experience, with excellent benefits including company car scheme and pension. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the business in an innovative segment of this niche market. A full job description is available upon request.
