The Background
This market-leading organisation providing niche goods is looking for an HR Advisor. This is a challenging opportunity for a commercially focussed Generalist HR Professional.
The Role
A generalist – stand alone role encompassing all aspects of HR, the successful candidate will enjoy a role where you will have the autonomy and scope to become an integral part of the business.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following key areas:
Advice & guidance to managers and employees
Recruitment and Selection end to end
Starters & Leavers
Contracts
Disciplinary & Grievance
Sickness/Absence monitoring
Induction & Training
Payroll
MI Reporting
Benefits Administration
Budget Responsibilities
The Person
An articulate and confident individual with a professional image, you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be a creative individual who is adept at assessing challenging situations and be able to offer innovative solutions in a changing, dynamic environment. An ambitious individual with a strong character who can influence and deliver results accordingly. Payroll experience is a must alongside up to date Employment Law knowledge. Experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment is a distinct advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career to the next level.
