Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager working for a large well known retail organisation, you will be providing generalist support to a selected client base. You will be part of a team of HR and responsible for providing advice to Senior Managers on policies & procedures, employee relations and performance management amongst other areas.

It is essential that you have a strong background in employee relations as well as experience in sectors such as: retail, leisure or hospitality. You will have a generalist background with proven experience of dealing with recruitment and L&D.

Although you will be based in Milton Keynes, this role covers a number of stores around the area and so you will need to travel from time to time.
