Our client is looking for an L&D Advisor to support the Head of HR in a new startup role. The aim of the role is to Business Partner the dealerships delivering recruitment and generalist HR training to dealership staff, delivering a quarterly newsletter and supporting and developing in a customer facing capacity. 70% of the role is L&D focused and 30% is generalist HR and you will be experienced in the full training cycle from TNA to ecaluation . You will need to be resilient, enthusiastic and able to communicate well at all levels with drive and ambition to make this role your own. You will proactively support the implementation of commercial, pragmatic HR solutions aligned with business objectives in it’s franchised dealer network, focusing on the design and delivery of a range of training and development solutions to support the continual development of dealership personnel. You must possess experience of delivering comprehensive recruitment campaigns and have up to date knowledge of employment legislation. Multi site experience is also required to succeed in this role.
