An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join a leading organisation based in Milton Keynes. The purpose of this role is to engage with the HR Business Partner team and Business Managers to provide training solutions encompassing needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. This is an exciting time to be joining the business.
Key responsibilities
· Work with HRBP and key stakeholders to identify key business issues and underlying leadership and management development needs.
· Work collaboratively with internal and external suppliers to design learning interventions.
· Contracts clearly with key customers to design effective learning interventions.
· Supports the delivery of the core management/leadership curriculum.
· Designs evaluation criteria to measure the success of learning interventions.
· Interprets, analyses and presents evaluation data to demonstrate the value to the business.
· Design and implement new Management Development Programme.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of the full training cycle and will have experience of effectively managing the demands of multiple stakeholder groups. You will also need to have a passion for your clients, be able to think strategically and act decisively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join this leading organisation in a time where they are experiencing rapid growth.
You must be CIPD/CTP qualified to be considered for this position.
