This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a national business which is a household name. The role encompasses all aspects of HR generalist work including providing high level support and guidance to line managers and the senior management team. You will be working specifically on a number of employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. The ideal candidate for this position needs to have the ability to take control of their own work, deliver on specified timescales and prioritise their workload to meet the business agenda. Sound project management skills and strong relationship management with all stakeholder groups is essential for this position.
