Our client is an international organisation whose reputation within their market is second to none. They are currently going through a very busy period within recruitment and require a talented Recruiter to assist them with the recruitment of Sales professionals.
The role will be field based so there may be a requirement to work away from home- a pool car will be provided for travel. There is every chance that this position will be extended past the initial 3mths.
Managing all sales vacancies from the raising of Vacancy Requisitions through to job offer, working with your colleagues in the HR department.
This includes actively managing all vacancies; assigning jobs to agencies and managing the agencies, tracking vacancies and candidates.
Managing and agreeing service agreements with agencies.
Thinking creatively about new ways to source sales candidates – recruitment fairs, internet searches, using ABPI contacts etc.
Developing a candidate database for pipeline.
Training and coaching managers as and when required.
Undertake projects as and when necessary in line with the business and HR need
You will have an excellent track record within in house recruitment and will have ideally worked in a field based capacity previously. Experience within Sales recruitment is desirable and the ability to use your own initiative in a dynamic environment is essential. This role is for an immediate start.
