Our client is currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join the business to cover maternity with the chance of becoming a permanent role, this role offers individuals the opportunity to influence the direction and reputation of the reward function. A specialist in the field with a strong track record, you will help to position reward and recognition as a key driver for the rest of the business.
Working on a number of projects you will help shape best practice and policy in areas such as remuneration, salary benchmarking, bonus schemes and long-term incentives. A key element of this role will be to ensure that the reward solutions and processes are delivered in line with HR priorities and within the performance management and total reward philosophies.
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in analysis and the development of statistics. You will need to be methodical in your working practises, be self motivated and above all extremely commercial. Creditability, gravities, confidence, and the ability to influence and persuade are paramount to the success of this role.
