The Role
Home Retail Group are currently recruiting for Reward Experts to join the business, these roles offer individuals the opportunity to work closely with the business to support and influence reward solutions. As a specialist in your field, you will play a key role supporting the proactive delivery of the reward agenda for the Group.
Working on a number of projects, you will help shape and deliver best practice in areas such as reward packages, job evaluation &, bonus and incentive scheme design.. A key element of these roles will be to understand the business priorities to ensure that the reward solutions and processes are streamlined and are delivered in line with Group HR priorities and within the performance management and total reward philosophies.
The Person
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in analysis and interpretation of data and the development and implementation of reward processes. You will need to be methodical in your working practises, be self motivated and above all extremely commercial. Credibility, confidence and the ability to influence and persuade are paramount to the success of this role.
