Working for the fastest growing organisation of its kind, this is a real opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR professional to continue to drive this leading organisation forward.
You will assist in the provision of Support Services, in providing accurate and practical advice and assistance to clients on all aspects of HR and employment law, tailored to suit the business needs of the individual client. You will have experience in providing pragmatic solutions to complex HR and employment law issues, including redundancies, acquisition and restructuring programmes and employee relations.
The successful candidate will be Grad CIPD or HR degree qualified with extensive experience as a HR Advisor and is fully conversant with current employment law. You will need to be organised and have strong time management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to advise clients on all employee related issues.
