Our client has recently overhauled their HR model and the successful candidate will be presented with plenty of challenges and the opportunity to really make their mark as part of a freshly invigorated HR function.
In the past the organisation has been used to an operationally focused personnel function, but the emphasis is now on proactive, value added Human Resources initiatives and a much more modernised service. Supporting up to 1500 employees and managing HR Administrators, you will work mainly from a central Cambridge site but with local travel to other offices. Your day-to-day contact will be with your HR Business Manager, Administrators and Client Area employees and you will offer operational advice and assistance whilst managing your own caseload. This role will expose you to all areas including employee relations, training and development, recruitment and policy development.
We want to hear from CIPD qualified graduates with a solid operational skill-set, ideally coupled with some supervisory experience. You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and be confident enough to work with a high intellect client group. You will also have previously worked with HR metrics and be able to analyse and present management information effectively.
Salaries are offered up to £35,000 for candidates who can demonstrate the full depth of experience and skills.
