HR Business Partner:
• Outsourcing & Vendor relationship management
• An understanding of the corporate payroll function

This established, fast moving and commercially focussed FTSE 100 business has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join their East Anglia operation. Working alongside the Director of HR and Departmental Head's of HR, this role is of paramount importance in ensuring the delivery of the organisation's outsourced payroll function.
With a commercial background, the ideal candidate will be a focussed and strategic relationship manager, having previously had significant exposure to an outsourced and shared services environment. With strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the out sourcing process, you will be responsible for ongoing project work and change management around the successful delivery of outsourced HR services. Previous Service Level Agreement experience from within a large organisation is preferable. Proven client and 3rd party supplier relationship management and a ‘partnership mentality' that delivers best results will play a major part in success.
