My client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor or partner, who has a generalist profile within perhaps a distribution, fast moving or commercial environment. However my client is open minded and more importantly is looking for an HR professional who is keen to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be looking for a fresh challenge and to join an organisation which is developing fast and is going through a period of exciting development. You will have a strong knowledge of and good experience within employee relations, training and development, recruitment, reward and recognition, as well as succession planning issues. Our client is looking for someone who can deliver a hands-on generalist HR service in an business partner environment. The company is a multi-million turnover, established organisation and has an excellent reputation within its market place and a strong brand presence with many specialist and highly profitable product areas. You will be based from Cambridgeshire and take responsibility for delivering human resource solutions within this busy location for over 200 people in a unionised working environment. You should therefore also be able to deliver a generalist HR service in a hands on capacity and advisory basis for line managers and employees. It is thought you will be of graduate calibre, probably with a CIPD qualification and a have good generalist HR experience. You will need to have the ability to liaise at all levels within the company, and any experience of working within a business service, retails or industrial area will be regarded as advantageous.
