Job Description

Our client is a leading professional services organisation with a large nationwide presence and is a strong household name. This role requires experienced assessment centre facilitators if you have facilitated over 20 assessment centres and are looking to take your career further then this role is right for you. Responsibilities: 1. Assessment Centre Facilitation Ensure all arrangements for each assessment are in place Take responsibility for ensuring that the venue is fully set up for each centre Ensure assessors are prepared and have the correct materials available to them to capture the outcomes from the centre Ensure all assessment materials are set up properly Manage the flow of candidates between exercises manage any candidate enquiries / objections through the course of the centre. Facilitate the wash up session at the end of the centre. Ensure consistent, substantiated decisions are made Provide direct coaching and guidance to assessors during the event where required Ensure team is adequately staffed to meet the assessment & selection needs of the region Work collaboratively with other regions to share resources to meet peaks and troughs of demand as far as is feasible (within reasonable travelling distances) 2.Assessment Centre Administration Collate all ID & Vetting documentation from candidates who attend each centre validate as required by process and pass onto RPO provider at end of centre Ensure that a copy of the assessment wash up record is maintained at regional level to support validation activities. 3. Candidate Feedback Where requested by candidate, provide timely, structured feedback on performance at the assessment against core competencies Ensure that all feedback provided is compliant with best practice 4. Validation and Manager Training / Education Support Support Regional Assessment Manager in the delivery of education and training programmes across the region to enhance manager performance of recruitment, assessment and selection activities. Feedback to Regional Assessment Managers on candidate's perceptions of the assessment process, the ease of use of the assessment tools / approaches adopted, such that these can influence continuous improvement.
