This pre-eminent professional membership body is looking for a new Head of HR on the Operations side of the business. You will be required to contribute towards the overall global HR strategy and vision, supporting operational and strategic plans, leading the HR team, managing and developing each individual and working with senior management ensuring the alignment and embedding of all people processes supporting the business. 

The HR department has moved from being very process orientated to more of a business partner and therefore requires someone with business partner experience to support the team.  The organisation is also going through change from being UK centric to more globally focused so international experience is essential.  You will also have experience in L&D at a strategic level, comps and bens experience and OD/culture change experience.  The organisation is also very commercially driven and therefore requires someone with excellent commercial experience and innovative ideas.   You must be able to demonstrate great professionalism, diplomacy and integrity, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.  You must also be happy forming new relationships and communicating effectively with relevant parties.
